Made to order, customised items are not returnable.
Our other products are eligible for a refund if they meet the following terms:
Items must be in the original condition, not worn, washed, used or damaged.
Items must be mailed off within 14 days from the day of delivery.
The return package must include the original packaging and all of the additions.
Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
The shipping cost is not included in the refund sum.
